Who is Lucy?
I am a married mother of three and have lived in Naperville for 16 years. I am also a former Secret Service agent, civil engineer, and MBA candidate at the University of Illinois. I am a problem solver, driven by my strong sense of civic duty.
My Platform
County decisions must meet the triple bottom line: people, planet, and prosperity. As a former stormwater engineer for DuPage County, I have a firm understanding of the County’s strengths and opportunities for improvements.
